1. Unlimited revisions until you're satisfied with the final result
2. Clear project scoping upfront so you know exactly what you're getting
3. Regular check-ins during production to ensure we're aligned with your vision
4. Quality guarantee - we'll keep working until the video meets your brief requirements

When Revisions Aren't Possible:

If we cannot deliver content that meets your original brief requirements (not subjective preferences), we'll work with you to find a solution that provides value for your investment.
