You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.If work has already commenced after 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus applicable service fees.
Subscription services (if applicable) can be cancelled anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has started.
